Oliver Williams born September 2, 1945 in Coldspring, Texas. Attended Booker T. Washington High School (BTW) from grades 1 to graduation -12th grade. He was a member of BTW High School football varsity team.
Upon graduation, he joined the U.S.A.F. for four (4) years. After leaving the armed services, he attended the University of Texas Arlington, playing football.
After leaving University of Texas Arlington, he worked at Bell Helicopter in Ft. Worth, Texas, moved to the Houston area and worked for Gulf Oil Corporation, then became self-employed in the trucking business residing in Tamina, Texas.
