Donald "Don" Campbell was born April 30, 1948 in Sherman Texas to William & Rosie Campbell. Don attended Fred Douglas School in Sherman where he graduated in 1966. At Fred Douglas Don played four sports that he lettered in: Football (Quarterback), Basketball (Guard), Baseball (Second Base) and Tennis.
Don was employed by Armco Steel as a welder in Gainesville, Texas for fourteen years. When they shut down he then continued his career as a school bus driver for the Sherman Independent School District where he currently has been for thirty years.
Don's hobbies consist of watching sports of all kind as well as playing them. He is an avid golfer who is a member of the Twin City's Golf Association. Since playing golf he has hit four "hole in one".
Don has been married to Brenda for 46 years. He has three kids, seven grandchildren and three great-grand children.
