Carl Leveston was born in Conroe, Texas and raised in Tamina, Texas by his grandparents, Harvey "Sam" Leveston and Alberta Leveston. He attended Booker T. Washington High School in Conroe where he played center for the Washington Bulldogs, coached by Charles Brown, leading them into four districts championships and one state championship in 1965-66.
In 1971, Carl moved to Los Angeles, Ca., where he was employed by Latchford Glass Company for 8 years, and worked in the aircraft industries as a structural mechanic for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Aircraft for 14 years.
Carl answered his calling into the ministry in 1995. He attended Reed Bible College and Western Theological Seminary in Compton, California and Cole, Ward & Brown Bible College in Los Angeles, California. He's on the battlefield for the Lord.
Carl and Ethel have been married for 48 years and are the parents of 2 daughters Stephanie & Andrea, and 2 sons, Steven (deceased) and Joseph who's in the United States Army. They have 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
