Carl was a most spectacular performer at Booker Washington High School where he participated in football, basketball, track, and baseball. Carl attended Compton Junior College, Idaho State University and graduated from Bishop with a BS Degree. He received his MS Degree from East Texas State University. His coaching career includes Booker T. Washington 1961-62 and Roosevelt 1963 to 1970. He retired from coaching in 1971 and currently is a principal in Dallas ISD. Based on the following honors and contributions, Carl truly belongs in the Ex-PVILCA Hall of Honor.
